This is by far the greatest team building I have ever been too. The entire program had us continuously challenge ourselves and supersede our team’s belief that had us win the race at the end. Today I get to experience what it is like when I give my best of who I can be and how my life can be different by applying what I learn in this program. Dragon boat team building exceeded my expectations and my colleagues.
The Stakeholder Management training yesterday was very good for me. I am now seeing my sphere of influence differently and realizing who my immediate stakeholders are and how there was no clarity of that before.
After the programme, I have seen the positive trending in my team where people start communicating, discussing and manage the expectation right with each other. I can see most of them trying to solve issue via face-to-face and no longer email communication. In addition, people are start knowing each other well and it is less tense environment compared to before.
Grow+ gave me a new perspective of efficient management. The modules that were selected and the mentoring sessions allowed me with much opportunity for hands on planning and discussion and the useful advice helped me to better approach with daily challenges in office.
